Leland Street

This historic Chevy Chase house is home to a couple leaving suburban life to dwell closer to the city, and they tapped Kerra to breathe life into what was once a stuffy, overly formal space.

Kerra took inspiration from the sea to give this hard-working couple a calming space to come home to, using shades of blues and purple throughout. The kitchen was opened up to welcome their adult children when they’re home for visits, and the master bathroom was completely redone to give the homeowners a spa-like experience to start every day off right. The entire house is light, bright, and filled with unique details to make this home truly one-of-a-kind.
