T Street Rowhouse
Kerra was tapped to bring eclectic, artistic, and relaxed style to this historic rowhouse in the Dupont Circle / Logan Circle cusp, home to a branding and creative consultant, her husband, and their soon-to-arrive baby boy. The two-year renovation began by paring the house down to just four walls, digging the basement out to allow for a full-height ceiling, and rebuilding the home from the dirt up.
The clients were hoping for a solution that would support their budding art collection. Kerra envisioned and implemented architectural elements that would complement — but not overshadow — the artworks: a wall of lattice carpentry along the home's main staircase provides an elegant standout detail. From the Scandinavian leather pulls and walnut touches in the kitchen, to the custom paned shower doors and live-edge shelving in the master bathroom, no detail was overlooked in this home. The black, white, and blue palette is modern and crisp, and sets the perfect backdrop for any color or style of art the eclectic clients might acquire.

“Kerra completely transformed my home. She just ran with our vision and completely knocked it out of the park. It fully exceeded our hopes and expectations. I never looked forward to coming home THIS MUCH!”
