Downtown Loft

Kerra's clients approached her to explain that while they loved their amenities and location, this downtown condo was lacking a warm element to reflect their Puerto Rican roots.

Through inventive use of color and architectural interest, Kerra was able to infuse this formerly cold, modern space with some much-needed comfort. Custom designed built-in shelving along the main living room wall successfully added storage and visual intrigue. Using paint alone as a tool, Kerra defined the open space with a single stripe of bright, energetic coral across the ceiling. Kerra used coral to add continuity, definition, and liveliness throughout the space.
